Rotary Vane Dry Running Vacuum Pump

Rotary vane dry-running vacuum pumps are mechanical pumps that create vacuum without using oil or other lubricants in the compression chamber. They use a rotor with sliding vanes that move inside a cylindrical housing, trapping and compressing air as the rotor spins. The “dry” design means they rely on high-precision materials instead of lubrication, making them clean, low-maintenance, and suitable for applications where oil contamination must be avoided (like woodworking, packaging, printing, or medical equipment). Drawback: limited ultimate vacuum and higher wear compared to oil-lubricated versions.
