The Largest Trade Show in the Woodworking Machinery Industry, WoodTech 2024 Attracted Great Attention
The WoodTech Fair was concluded in Istanbul on October 12-16, 2024, bringing together sector leaders and innovative solutions. The event, organized by RX Tüyap, hosted 22,639 visitors from 89 countries. The latest technologies and solutions that stand out with their wide range of products were introduced at the fair.WoodTech, organized by RX Tüyap and the largest gathering of the woodworking machinery sector in Eurasia, successfully completed this year by opening its doors for the 37th time. The fair, which took place at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul between October 12-16, 2024, brought together the sector leaders and innovative technologies. The fair was visited by a total of 22,639 people, 3,609 international visitors and 19,030 domestic visitors from 89 countries.
Global Players and Innovative Solutions Met in Istanbul
WoodTech hosted industry professionals who wanted to closely examine the latest developments and innovative solutions in the field of woodworking machinery. Hosting a large number of visitors from strategic regions such as the Middle East, Europe, the Balkans, North Africa and Central Asia, the fair made significant contributions to global commercial cooperation. Visitors from 89 different countries, primarily Germany, Italy, Poland, Algeria, Russia, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Serbia, Libya, Egypt and Italy, showed great interest in the fair.
Organized by RX Tüyap, the fair showcased the most innovative technologies in the sector with the cooperation of the Woodworking Machinery Industrialist Association (AIMSAD) and the support of the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers (EUMABOIS). Among these technologies, advanced automation systems, environmentally friendly production lines, and modern solutions such as dust collection and filter systems stood out.
A Wide Range of Products was Exhibited in 120.000 Sqm
Organized in a 120 thousand square meter fair area, WoodTech attracted attention with its wide range of products. Many different product groups were featured, from machinery and equipment for forestry, log and sawntimber products to surface technologies, packaging, conveyors and storage solutions. In addition, advanced technologies for the sector such as energy boilers, driers and industrial softwares were also presented to visitors.
The fair provided important opportunities for exhibitors to establish business connections, create new trade opportunities and increase export opportunities. In this way, it allowed not only domestic manufacturers but also international companies to establish large-scale collaborations. WoodTech stands out as an important platform for sector professionals to establish new business connections and access the latest technologies.
