WoodTech 2025 Brought Together the Furniture and Decoration Industry’s Entire Production Chain
As one of the most comprehensive gatherings of woodworking and manufacturing technologies in Eurasia, WoodTech 2025 clearly revealed the production structure of the furniture and decoration industry through its post-event data and sectoral impact.
Held for the 38th time between 11–15 October 2025 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, the fair was organized by RX Tüyap in cooperation with the Turkish Woodworking Machinery Industrialist Association (AİMSAD), with the support of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade and the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers (EUMABOIS).
Furniture Manufacturers Ranked First in the Visitor Profile
The visitor profile of WoodTech 2025 clearly demonstrated the fair’s strong positioning within the furniture and decoration industry. Based on the distribution of visitors by field of activity, furniture manufacturers constituted the largest visitor group by a significant margin.
They were followed respectively by:

- kitchen and bathroom furniture manufacturers,
- furniture accessories and complementary product companies,
- distributors
This distribution confirmed that WoodTech is not only a key meeting point for machinery manufacturers, but also a strategic platform covering the entire furniture and decoration production chain.
A Broad Sectoral Scope from Production to Design
The strong representation of sub-segments such as door and window systems, woodworking machinery, forest products, wooden flooring, prefabricated structures, and wooden packaging highlighted WoodTech’s comprehensive structure, addressing every stage of wood-based manufacturing.
In addition, the growing participation of industrial and sector-specific software companies emerged as a key indicator of the increasing importance of digitalization, smart manufacturing systems, and integrated production solutions within the furniture and decoration sector.
International Interest and Commercial Impact
WoodTech 2025 welcomed more than 21,000 industry professionals from 96 countries, reinforcing its status as a truly international trade fair. This strong global participation significantly contributed to the international visibility of the technological capabilities, production quality, and export potential of Türkiye’s woodworking industry.
The exhibition of CNC technologies, automation systems, digital manufacturing solutions, and efficiency-oriented machinery offered tangible, high-value solutions aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of furniture and decoration manufacturers.

Going beyond the scope of a traditional trade fair, WoodTech 2025 positioned itself as a benchmark platform that reflects the current state of the industry, its transformation trends, and future expectations.
