We design and manufacture fire-tube steam boilers & water tube steam water boilers with an operating pressure of 3 Bar and above in accordance with the design and client requirements.ISIMEK benefits from %100 renewable energy sources and benefits from GES (Solar power plant) during manufacturing. GES has been installed on the roof of the factory with a power of 260 kW. Besides this, ISIMEK submits surplus energy for the use of our country.Moving grate, Front furnace, Hopper, Multi-cyclone filter, Recuperator, Stack, ID fan, Deaerator tank, Condensate tank, Economizer, Jet pulse bag filter, Furan and Dioxin Filter, Electric control panel, PLC Remote automation system, SCADA System, Ground Concrete or Steel moving floor sawdust silo and Chain elevator are types of equipment of the system.Cataflex filter bag filter solutions that can eliminate toxic gases such as NOx, dioxin, and furan that may occur as a result of the combustion of materials such as RDF, plastic, tetrapak, are offered in line with customer requests.It is manually and fully automatically controlled.50% moisture content woodchips and sawdust can be fired with a moving grate unit.We successfully complete the installation and commissioning works at many points inside Türkiye and in Foreign countries in order to gain the satisfaction and trust of our customers
