KalfaCAD

KalfaCAD covers everything between drawing the cabinet and starting the CNC. You enter the dimensions, and the program produces the part list, the edge banding and the drilling plan. It then nests the parts on the sheet and generates the code your machine understands. The post-processor is set up for your machine. Whatever brand you run, you get its own code directly, with no separate converter in between. It works the same way with panel saws and drilling machines. Every part is printed with a barcode label. The label shows which cabinet the part belongs to, which edge gets banded and where the holes go, so nobody on the floor has to ask. Grooving, rebating and double-sided drilling work correctly from the start. The software was built inside a CNC workshop, so these details were not added later. The licence is bought once, with no monthly fee, and the program runs without an internet connection.
