Olasis tracks every part in a furniture factory by QR code, from cutting to packing. Each part gets its own 15-digit label and is scanned at the cutting, edge banding, drilling, CNC, assembly and packing stations. The packing screen counts every part that goes into the box: the box cannot be closed with a part missing, a wrong or extra part triggers a red warning, and when the box is complete the system confirms with a sound and prints the package label. Every package is recorded on video and kept for at least 365 days. When a customer says "this part was missing", you open the box contents and the packing footage. It runs on your existing machines; stations, label templates and roles are configured from the panel with no code changes. Delivered turnkey, with your own company address, a Windows application and phone access for supervisors.
