Fully-Automatic Saw-Sanding Combined Production Line integrates edge-trimming & sizing sawing and double-sided calibrating sanding into one unified production line. It is suitable for plywood, construction formwork, MDF and particleboard. After hot pressing, panels directly complete edge trimming, dimension cutting, calibrating sanding, dust removal and automatic stacking. It eliminates material transfer and re-loading procedures between standalone machines, serving as a one-stop finishing solution for wood-based panels. Integrated saw-sanding continuous process to eliminate losses from secondary handling In conventional solutions, the edge trim saw and sander are installed separately, requiring manual panel transfer and re-positioning. Hanvy’s saw-sanding line adopts servo closed-loop conveying. Panels exiting the hot press go straight into the sawing unit for four-side edge trimming and sizing cutting, then flow seamlessly to the sanding unit for rough and fine sanding. Dimension forming and surface finishing are completed in one pass. It avoids surface scratches and edge chipping caused by repeated handling, greatly improving finished-product yield. Only 1-2 attendants are required for the whole line, which significantly cuts labor costs.
