Timber taken from freshly cut logs has a hing water content. İn this case, there is no valid place for wood. It must be dried before use. Since it ıs an organic substance, it can rot by mold. However, it is possible to prevent it from rotting by drying it in accordance with its technique.

Steaming kilns are steam cabins used to process wood under humidity and temperature. Steaming kilns are used for coloring and color integrity in some wood species. It also allows the timber to soften and lose water more easily during the drying process.

It is designed for Professional use. Depending on the type of wood (softness or hardness of the wood), it can measure the moısture of the wood between 4% and 100% at temperatures between 0-90 °C. This device, which can measure the temperature of wood between 0-95 °C, makes the most accurate measurement of the moısture of the wood by enterıng the temperature of the wood. Beıng able to give the avarage value of 99 measurements gives you an overvıew of the moısture content of the goods in stock. NEMO-2 can measure concrete moısture as well as wood moısture. With its special bag, ıt provides the opportunıty to keep all its apparatus with and can be easily transported to the desired place.

First of all heat treatment kilns are wood drying kilns. A temperature of 56 °C or higher is applied to wooden packaging materials for at least 30 minutes after the internal temperature reaches a minimum temperature of 56 °C. This process is applied to raw wood packaging materials to prevent the spread of pests that pose a threat to planted trees. These are wooden packaging materials such as pallets, packaging support, crates, reels, packaging blocks, loading boards, pallet arms and skids.
