We can customize veneer peeling line according to customer s request, log length could be 4ft, 6ft, 8ft and 10ft, max.log diameter could be 60cm. A complete veneer peeling line is made of log debarker, veneer peeling machine, cnc veneer rotary clipper, automatic veneer stacker and some auxiliary machines, such as log charger, core log charger and waste conveyor etc.
We can customize veneer dryer according to veneer size, veneer humidity rate,hourly capacity etc. So far, we can make veneer dryer at max.working width is 6.2m, with automatic veneer loader.
With automatic plywood loader and unloader, 30 layers - 40 layers. Hot plate size is 1370x2700x42mm or others, max.working pressure is 600ton or 800ton.
